Runtrack is an innovative project in Poland and in Europe. The network of forest paths dedicated to runners and walkers, thanks to minimal interference with nature, allows users to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the forest and the surrounding clearings. The paths are designed in the shape of a circle, so using them you will always return to the starting point.
House of town winter-swimmers. The waterfall is a place of charm and peace. Visitors will be greeted by the relaxing sound of water and the greenery of the forest surrounding the access to the water intake.
In winter, together with the winter-swimmers, it encourages you to invigorate sea and frosty baths, and in summer to refresh yourself in crystal clear, mountain and pleasantly cool water.
Only 150 m from the hotel, there is the flagship place of Świeradów that all visitors must see. Dom Zdrojowy. Built in 1899 according to a design by a man named Grosser - a well-known architect. The Dom Zdrojowy consists of two buildings connected by the longest Hala Spacerowa in Lower Silesia, which is 80 meters long.

Stóg Izerski dominating over Świeradów (1107 m above sea level) - is the city's showcase. The top of Stóg Izerski can be seen from a distance of several dozen kilometers. From the top you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding villages of minn. Mirsk, Świaradów Zdrój and the Jizera foothills.
When the weather is good, a trained eye will see even the peaks of the Giant Mountains with the dominant Śnieżka, and even the Landskrone over Görlitz. The shelter on Syóg Izerski will make admiring the water-reservoirs more pleasant with warm coffee or tea on winter afternoons and cold lemonade on hot summer days.
Devil's Watermill, if local records are to be believed, was built around 1890. The equipment of the mill available in it is original and comes from the time of its construction - which gives us over 130 years of use! The mill is still operating today, grinding flour and baking delicious bread made according to a traditional recipe.
The products produced at the mill are available for purchase. The name of the building "Devil's mill" is taken from the local legend that the miller will tell you during his visit.
Hala Izerska - the heart of the Izera Mountains and in it, on the edge of the forest, must-see places - the Chatka Górzystów. The only building left of the now defunct Gross-Iser settlement.

A gentle T-bar lift for learning skiing or snowboarding. The 120-meter trail allows you to practice your downhill techniques under the watchful eye of instructors.
Next to the lift, there is the second facility of the Buczyński family - Hotel Buczyński **** Medical & SPA with a restaurant serving delicious dishes and drinks. There is a service and winter equipment rental, a ski school and a car park on the premises of the lift.
The NATURA 2000 Ecological Education Center "Izerska Łąka" in Czerniawa-Zdrój is a true paradise for every little explorer. The center was built mainly with children in mind and has been fully adapted to their needs.
Visitors can, among other things, learn about the fauna and flora of the Jizera Mountains and Foothills, admire the constellations of the light-free Jizerské sky and accompany the bees in their everyday life thanks to the system of cameras and microphones installed in the hive.
All-year-round cabin railway thanks to which you can quickly and easily get to Stóg Izerski. The railway is approximately 1.5 km away from the hotel. During the 8-minute ride you can savor the beauty of the Izerskie Foothills and Świeradów-Zdrój seen from the Mountain.
SKI & SUN is a ski resort with a 2,500 m long piste and FIS approval. Route width: 40 m, it is lit at night and equipped with a snowmaking system. The complex is adapted to the needs of disabled people.
