An "adults only" hotel is an exclusive establishment dedicated exclusively to adults. This means that our hotel is dedicated for Guests over a certain age, this limit is 16 years of age. This decision is aimed at creating a quiet, relaxing atmosphere where adults can enjoy their holiday without the fear of noise.
The location in the centre of Świeradów - Zdrój, next to the "Cure Park" and at the same time in a quiet place, makes that our hotel provides an atmosphere ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relaxing in luxurious conditions. Our guests can focus on relaxation and regeneration in peace and quiet.
Our facilities are tailored to satisfy even the most demanding guests. By mid-2024, we will open brand new and modern Wellness Zone: a 10 x 14 m swimming pool, 2 saunas and 2 Jacuzzis - outdoor and indoor. This is complemented by a wide range of curative treatments, as well as SPA treatments from Ayurveda or holistic therapies. After a day of hiking and wandering in the neighbourhood, you can swim in the pool, enjoy a massage or enjoy a meal served in our restaurant.
Park Hotel **** KUR & SPA is a place with soul. The hotel is located in the buildings of the old guesthouses, which were built at the beginning of the 20th century. Walking through the corridors of the hotel, we can see traces of the building's history and feel the atmosphere of long ago. Each room is different, which makes the building unique. In many places within the hotel, we can find wooden and stone elements, which are a landmark of the region.
For 25 years, our property has been a meeting place for art. Mr and Mrs Buczyński, patrons of the arts, have been collecting paintings for years and organise annual plein-air painting workshops, which have been held since the hotel's inception. In the hotel corridors and rooms you can admire the works of Polish artists such as: Edward Dwurnik, Halina Pokorska, Franiszek Maśluszczak or Henryk Sawka.
