To purchase a Voucher, please contact reception in writing/email to establish the services the Voucher is to include and their cost.

Once the reception has provided a price, please make payment of 100% of the cost, to the account indicated by the reception.

It is possible to include a personalised dedication or request on the Voucher. If you wish to add a dedication, please send the text in an e-mail.

Once the payment has been credited, the ordered Voucher will be sent to the buyer via email (PDF) to verify the content, and by post as a decorative invitation. We send the vouchers via the Polish Post, to the address specified by email, by economy letter. Delivery time on Polish territory is 5-7 working days. Delivery by courier is possible (surcharges apply in accordance with the courier company's price list).

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• The Voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-extendable.
• To redeem the Voucher, please contact reception in advance and check availability of places and dates.
• To redeem the Voucher, the original must be presented at check-in. 
• Should the original Voucher be missing at check-in, the hotel may charge guests for the services provided, according to the applicable price list.
